This magnificent central London luxury duplex apartment underwent a full renovation in 2018-2019. The Intellicasa team were appointed on a recommendation from an existing client within the building, where we had previously implemented smart home automation. ​ This smart home system was built to control the 8-audio and several Ultra High Definition 4k TV zones spread across the property, this was included a spectacular 90-inch TV, creating a bespoke luxury cinema style setting with the comfort of lighting control that can be played back and forth creating a tunnel effect whilst watching movies. ​ The intelligent lighting systems included the use of LED tapes which were connected to the system via a Crestron Dali controller. Combining this with the mix of DMX, the smart lighting systems were able to react to the visuals, which allowed the user to stagger the light by turning the LED tapes individually or all together on and off making the whole experience in such a room unparalleled. ​ The high-quality music system using the latest B&W wall and ceiling speakers produce an exceptionally high fidelity Tru-Surround system making the impact in the room cinematic. Advanced programming allowed the user to switch between sources seamlessly in order to never miss even a second of their favourite shows. Other systems incorporated to the smart home where the high-definition CCTV cameras, as well as the high-security smart door entry system.
