A Crestron Home is Simply Smart

The villas will be equipped with Crestron home systems with central control touch screens. It will allow residents to control the heating, electric blinds as well as the lighting from a phone, touch screen or switches in the villas. This system is modular, allowing flexibility of use, it is therefore possible to add any options and customisation according to needs.

The home automation system allows residents to adjust lighting and temperature effortlessly. Automated lighting scenes can be programmed to match different moods or times of day, enhancing the natural light already abundant in the villas.
