Smart home concept & design

This large family house was fully modernised to incorporate smart home automation and control within its design. The experienced Intellicasa team worked closely with the interior designer and client to develop the smart home concept and took the design to another level to complement the interior whilst concealing the state-of-the-art home automation systems. The smart home installation includes HVAC control, lighting control, AV and door entry system.

This included an air-condition system solution throughout, using Daikin condensers and room fans, Lutron lighting control keypad, offering energy efficiency settings and taking into consideration important eco-friendly choices, paramount to the client.
