Villa Mateus, set within a landscaped ground near San Rafeal which incorporate multiple terrace and 22m pool, children's playing area, the villa structure demonstrates a Blakstad design which boats excellent construction.

The IntelliCasa design team were instructed to manage the development of the smart home technology around this luxury 5 million Euro villa with 7 ½ acres of land and nearly 10,000 ft.² of living space.

The project comprises several media and entertainment rooms internally and externally, using a robust system with enhanced LED lighting design allowing colour changing lights in the pool or scene-setting functionality at the client’s fingertips.

This smart home technology solution allows the client to utilise the property for entertainment and personal use using the incredible lighting and high-fidelity music solutions to deliver a truly breath-taking experience for its occupants and guests. A bespoke home cinema surround system with a 4K projector and high-resolution TVs were distributed across the villa offering in-room entertainment.

The villa boasts a large central living area with mountain views, well-appointed kitchen, a lounging area, dining and study area, flanked by the four guest bedroom suites to either side. The large master bedroom sits above on the first floor with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and large balcony terrace. The villa has been wired throughout with Cat 5 cabling and benefits from an intelligent AV system allowing control from any phone or tablet to play music, movies or videos in different areas of the house terrace or pool.
