IntelliCasa are trusted to maintain systems in a Grade II listed building in the heart of Fitzrovia. Now home to a unique collection of apartments with Lutron smart lighting control in both the communal and private residential areas of the development.
Programmable mood lighting with scene set function. Low voltage LED luminaries in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Feature concealed LED lighting in selected locations. Provision for table and floor lamps to be connected to a 5 amp lighting circuit.
Security alarms for each apartment which include motion detection.
Entrance lobby with feature pendant lighting, concierge desk and marble flooring.
Private terraces with external lighting, to some apartments.
